APPOINTMENT
The Anam Mui Ne has announced the appointment of Elena Lopez de Silanes as the new Director of Rooms.

Elena brings more than a decade of experience in luxury hospitality industry. Prior to this appointment, she was appointed as Director of Guest Experience and Entertainment at Villa Le Corail, A Gran Meliá Hotel, in nearby Nha Trang, and was part of the resort’s pre-opening team. She also worked as a front office manager and quality control manager at Meliá Bali.
Her luxury hospitality career began with a front desk and guest service internship at Gran Meliá Palacio de Isora in Tenerife, Spain.
In her new role, Elena will oversee rooms divisions operations, including front office, guest experience, housekeeping, laundry, and in-house water factory. She will also work as the resort’s executive assistant manager, partnering with resort manager Ye Chang Sheng (Peter) in leading daily operations, strategic initiatives, and cross-departmental collaboration
