Crowne Plaza Muscat Oman Convention & Exhibition Centre has announced the appointment of Jad Germanos as its new General Manager.
Jad Germanos has been appointed as the new General Manager Muscat OCEC, further strengthening the hotel’s leadership team. He brings over 20 years of global hospitality experience across the Middle East.
Jad holds extensive expertise in hotel operations, P&L ownership, budgeting, capital planning, food & beverage performance, asset value enhancement, and owner relations. He is known for operational discipline, elevating guest experiences, leadership and turning around F&B performance.
In his new role as General Manager at Crowne Plaza OCEC, Jad will lead the hotel and work on elevating the performance, people development, and guest experience excellence.
