Hyatt Regency Trivandrum has announced the appointment of Sandeep Mohan as its new Director of Food & Beverage.
The appointment marks a significant addition to the hotel’s leadership team as it continues to build its reputation as Kerala’s premier urban luxury destination.
With close to two decades of hospitality experience, Sandeep has held leadership roles across renowned brands — including Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts, and Grand Hyatt Kochi. Over the course of his career, he pioneered the launch of luxury cruising for Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts in Palau and had the opportunity to work alongside Michelin-starred chefs.
Known for his operational expertise, guest-centric approach, and ability to lead high-performing teams, Sandeep has contributed to enhancing food and beverage offerings across luxury hospitality environments.
His appointment at Hyatt Regency Trivandrum is expected to further elevate the hotel’s diverse culinary portfolio, enhance guest engagement, and reinforce its position as a preferred dining destination in the city.
