Ruchi Thapa Appointed as New Asst. F&B Director at JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar

APPOINTMENT

JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar has announced the appointment of Ruchi Thapa as the new Assistant Director of Food & Beverage.

In her new role, Ruchi will oversee the Food & Beverage division at the hotel, driving operational excellence while enhancing the hotel’s offerings and guest experiences.

She has held leadership positions with renowned hotels including The St. Regis Mumbai, The Leela Palaces Hotels and Resorts, Silver Beach Entertainment & Hospitality, and Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.

She was most recently appointed as General Manager of Operations, Training & Development at Aspect Hospitality where she spearheaded initiatives in service excellence, staff development, and operational innovation.

She holds expertise in restaurant management, training, and guest engagement.
