APPOINTMENT

Azaya Beach Resort, Goa has announced the appointment of Rajat Verma as the new Front Office Manager.

Rajat Verma

Rajat joins the Goa property with over a decade of experience in front office operations. He has worked with renowned hospitality brands, including Taj, The Lalit, ITC Hotels, Grand Hyatt and Le Meridien in his career.

Apart from front office expertise, Rajat also holds experience of event sales and planning which he showcased during his tenure with Le Meridien Gurgaon.

Now as the newly appointed Front Office Manager, Rajat will oversee all aspects of front desk operations. This will  include managing staff, handling guest interactions, and maintaining efficient front desk procedures. He will also be responsible for supervising front desk staff, managing reservations, addressing guest concerns, and ensuring adherence to hotel policies.
