His exceptional enthusiasm for innovative product development allows him to create unique and exciting menu items. At the same time, his profound respect and appreciation for traditional cuisine contribute significantly to the overall dining experience at the hotel’s restaurant. Singh’s vision is to blend contemporary culinary techniques with classic flavours, promising a transformative dining journey for all guests.
He will oversee menu planning, recipe formulation, cost management, concept development, and enforcing safety standards in his new position.
