APPOINTMENT
MBD Group has announced the promotion of Parmeet Singh Nayar from Vice President – Operations & General Manager – Hospitality to Executive Vice President – Hospitality Operations, in recognition of his contributions to the organisation.
With over 35 years of extensive experience across global hospitality brands including Shangri-La, Hilton, Carlson Rezidor, ITC Hotels, The Taj Group, and The Imperial New Delhi, Parmeet is widely known for his strategic foresight, operational excellence, and people-first leadership.
He has also been awarded many industry accolades in his career, including Outstanding Contribution to Hospitality Industry 2025 (Association of Hospitality Professionals), Milestone Achiever of the Year 2024, Hospitality Superstar 2019, the Hilton Brand Excellence Award, India’s Most Preferred Luxury Hotel Award, and Leaders Excellence Certification 2022 (RHG Corporate Support Office, Brussels).
In his elevated role, Parmeet will drive the strategic growth and operational excellence of MBD Hospitality, overseeing its current properties and new ventures, while strengthening the Group’s leadership in luxury and lifestyle hospitality.
