Opulent Oasis Hospitality Launches Wild Calm Retreat in Sasan Gir

Wild Calm Marks Opulent Oasis Hospitality’s Entry into Experiential Travel

Opulent Oasis Hospitality has announced the launch of Wild Calm, a nature-focused retreat in Gujarat’s Sasan Gir region. The project marks the debut venture of hospitality entrepreneur Bhavik Sheth under the newly formed Opulent Oasis Hospitality Pvt. Ltd.

Located in the wildlife region of Sasan Gir, Wild Calm has been designed around experience-led hospitality with a focus on nature, local culture and flexible guest engagement. The retreat will feature 53 accommodation units, including private pool villas and other immersive stay formats.

The property will include facilities such as a clubhouse, swimming pool, multi-cuisine restaurant, kitchen garden and activity spaces intended for cultural programmes and community gatherings. Recreational facilities, including pickleball courts, box cricket and a Miyawaki forest, are also planned as part of the project’s landscape design.

Wild Calm will offer guests a range of curated experiences, including botanical walks, storytelling sessions, pottery activities, nature-based programmes, and evening gatherings designed around slow-travel concepts.

Bhavik Sheth said the company aims to create hospitality spaces that focus on emotional connection and destination-led experiences rather than standardised hotel formats. Prior to launching Opulent Oasis Hospitality, Sheth was associated with Evoke Experiences and worked on projects including Rann Utsav.

The company plans to expand selectively into wildlife destinations, eco-tourism circuits, desert landscapes and culturally significant regions across India, while also exploring opportunities in Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets.

The launch comes as experiential travel continues to grow across India, with travellers increasingly seeking stays centred on local identity, nature and immersive activities.
