Kashyap Ruparel Appointed as Director of Operations at Novotel Pune Nagar Road

Novotel Pune Nagar Road has announced the appointment of Kashyap Ruparel as the Director of Operations.

Ruparel brings over 18 years of diverse hospitality experience spanning hospitality, facilities management, and guest services.

In his new role, Ruparel will oversee the hotel’s day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless service delivery, enhanced guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency across departments.

Known for his strategic approach and people-centric leadership style, Ruparel will play a key role in driving service excellence and strengthening the hotel’s positioning in the Pune Business District.

Ruparel has worked with renowned hospitality brands including Hyatt Regency Pune, JW Marriott Pune, Marriott Hotel & Convention Centre Pune, Renaissance Hotel & Convention Centre Mumbai, and Sudarshan Chemical Industries Ltd.
