Novotel Kolkata Hotel & Residences has announced three new appointments, further strengthening its internal leadership team.
Tapendra Ghosh- Appointed as Food & Beverage Manager
Tapendra Ghosh has been appointed as Food & Beverage Manager. He brings over 19 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with extensive experience in Food & Beverage operations, guest engagement, and strategic planning. His professional journey includes leadership roles with hospitality brands such as Taj, The Park, and Accor.
Tapendra has also contributed to the success of Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre, Novotel Hyderabad Airport, Grand Mercure GIFT City, and most recently, Novotel Imagicaa Khopoli by elevating the dining experiences there.
In his new role at Novotel Kolkata Hotel & Residences, Tapendra will oversee all F&B and culinary operations.
Rana Mukherjee- Appointed as Executive Sous Chef
Chef Rana has worked with many renowned hospitality brands including Marriott, Westin, Sheraton, and Intercontinental in his. He holds expertise in pre-openings, large-format banquet operations, and team leadership.
Over the years, he has led key openings and operations for properties such as JW Marriott Pune, Bengaluru Marriott Hotel Whitefield, Courtyard by Marriott Ranchi, and The Westin Kolkata. Known for his creativity, Chef Rana has a proven track record in delivering elevated guest experiences while maintaining food safety standards.
Robins Kumar- Appointed as Executive Housekeeper
Robins holds almost a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, having expertise in housekeeping operations, quality assurance, and guest satisfaction.
He has managed large-scale housekeeping teams, implemented operational practices, and delivered service standards.
In his new role, Robins will be responsible for overseeing all housekeeping operations, ensuring superior room quality and hygiene standards, and driving sustainability initiatives
