APPOINTMENT
Gewan Hotels has announced the appointment of Moutaz Nazzal as the new Group Director of Hotel Operations.
Moutaz holds over two decades of experience in hospitality management with expertise in operational and team leading.
Before joining Gewan Hotels and Resorts, Moutaz held senior roles within the National Corporation for Tourism & Hotels (NCT&H Group). Most recently, he served as hotel general manager at Capital Suite Hotel Apartments, where he oversaw operations, strengthened operational efficiency and ensured consistently high standards of guest service.
In his new role, Moutaz will oversee hotel operations across all properties in the group’s portfolio, with a focus to develop and implement unified operational standards, enhance guest experiences and improve quality control systems.
He will also work closely with the executive leadership team to align operational performance with corporate objectives.
