APPOINTMENT
Radisson Mumbai Goregaon has announced the promotion of Shahnawaz Kapadia to the role of Associate Director of Sales.
Shahnawaz will now lead the hotel’s Sales division. In this expanded role as Associate Director of Sales, he will focus on driving revenue growth, strengthening corporate partnerships and advancing the hotel’s commercial presence across key market segments.
Shahnawaz holds a Master’s degree in Hospitality Management and began his career in Front Office operations.
He has worked across globally recognized hospitality brands—including Hyatt, Marriott, and the Radisson Hotel Group, bringing extensive expertise in market intelligence, business development and relationship management.
Throughout his tenure, Shahnawaz has been honored with several accolades, including Employee of the Month and Manager of the Year award.
