APPOINTMENT

Anantara Chiang Mai Resort has appointed Tudsaporn Jaiboonchuen as its new General Manager.
The luxury resort is operated by global hospitality group Minor Hotels. In her new role, Jaiboonchuen will oversee the resort’s overall strategy and day-to-day operations. Her responsibilities include enhancing guest experience, strengthening commercial performance, ensuring adherence to brand standards, and supporting team development across the property.

Jaiboonchuen brings close to 20 years of experience with Minor Hotels. She joined the group in 2007 as Assistant Spa Manager and has since progressed through a range of senior leadership roles across Thailand, Vietnam, and the Maldives. Her career background includes operational leadership positions covering Operations, Food and Beverage, and Spa, as well as her role as Executive Assistant Manager at Avani+ Hua Hin.
Prior to her appointment as General Manager, Jaiboonchuen served as Resort Manager at Anantara Chiang Mai Resort, where she held single-point leadership responsibility across all operational functions. During this period, she focused on achieving revenue and gross operating profit targets while maintaining service quality and guest satisfaction standards.

Located along the Mae Ping River, Anantara Chiang Mai Resort is known for its urban resort setting, design influenced by Lanna heritage, and curated guest experiences. The property has received international recognition for its accommodation, dining offerings, and cultural positioning within northern Thailand’s hospitality landscape.
