APPOINTMENT
Mohammad Yusuf Yamin has been appointed as the Director of Human Resources at Hyatt Regency Pune & Residences.
He brings over 15 years of experience in hospitality and human resource management, having worked with hotels in India and Nepal.
Yamin joins the Pune property from Hyatt Regency Kathmandu, where he served as Director of Human Resources for more than two years. His role there included leading HR strategy, strengthening colleague engagement and supporting organisational development efforts.
Before his tenure in Kathmandu, he spent close to a decade with The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) across Srinagar, Lucknow and Corbett National Park. During this period, he worked on HR processes, team development, workplace culture and people-related matters.
At Hyatt Regency Pune & Residences, Yamin will oversee key Human Resources functions such as talent acquisition, learning and development, employee relations, performance management and colleague well-being.
