APPOINTMENT
Mariana Frade de la Torre has been appointed Director of Revenue Management at Zadún, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve in Puerto Los Cabos.
The property, one of only nine Ritz-Carlton Reserves globally, has strengthened its commercial leadership team with this strategic appointment.
Frade de la Torre brings over 14 years of experience in revenue strategy across both the airline and hospitality industries. She began her career with Grupo Aeroméxico, gaining foundational expertise in revenue functions before moving to Grupo Posadas, where she continued to build her proficiency in commercial operations. She later joined Marriott CALA Shared Services as Multi-Property Senior Revenue Manager, overseeing revenue performance for a wide-ranging luxury and lifestyle portfolio across the region.
In 2024, she was recognised with the CALA Elite Award – Rising Star, Revenue Management, reflecting her continued contribution to the discipline.
In her new role at Zadún, Frade de la Torre will be responsible for leading the resort’s revenue optimisation strategies, supporting commercial planning, and contributing to market positioning as the property continues to operate within the global luxury segment.
