Mahesh Padala Marks 25 Years in Hospitality

Mahesh Padala, General Manager at Courtyard by Marriott Madurai, has completed 25 years in the hospitality industry.

His career spans operations and culinary roles, beginning in the kitchen and progressing into leadership positions. Over the years, he has worked across multiple functions, combining culinary experience with hotel operations and team management.

Associated with Marriott International for over a decade, he has led various properties in India, contributing to day-to-day operations, guest service delivery, and team development.

Commenting on the milestone, he said, “Hospitality, to me, is about consistency and being present for guests. This journey has been shaped by the people I’ve worked with and the guests I’ve served.”

Currently based in Madurai, he continues to oversee operations at the property, focusing on team coordination and guest experience.
