Lodha Group Appoints Bhaskaran T as Associate Vice President – Hospitality and Property Management

Lodha Group has appointed Bhaskaran T as Associate Vice President – Hospitality and Property Management.

In his new role, he will oversee hospitality and property management operations across the group’s portfolio, focusing on operations, customer experience, asset performance, and service delivery.

Bhaskaran brings experience across hospitality, healthcare operations, and business management. Prior to this, he was associated with MIOT International as Vice President – Operations, where he managed hospital operations and performance initiatives.

His earlier experience includes leadership roles in the hospitality sector, including General Manager positions at Le Royal Meridien Chennai and The Lalit Ashok Bangalore. He has also held roles at The Lalit Laxmi Vilas Palace Udaipur, InterContinental The Lalit Mumbai, Hyatt Regency Pune, Novotel Hyderabad & Hyderabad International Convention Centre, and The Leela Palaces & Resorts.

His appointment reflects the organisation’s focus on strengthening hospitality and property management functions.
