APPOINTMENT
ITC Hotels has announced the promotion of Keenan McKenzie to the role of Area Manager – Sri Lanka and General Manager of ITC Ratnadipa, Colombo.
Keenan will continue to oversee the entire operations at ITC Ratnadipa, and he will also play a key role in steering the growth of WelcomHotels Lanka (Pvt) Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of ITC Hotels Ltd, in Sri Lanka.
Keenan holds over two decades of extensive experience spanning across the hospitality and services sectors. He also played a key role in the growth of ITC Narmada, Ahmedabad.
Keenan began his professional career in 2004 at ITC Kakatiya in Hyderabad. His career includes stints at WelcomHotel Grand Bay in Visakhapatnam, ITC Rajputana in Jaipur, ITC Sonar in Kolkata, and ITC Maratha in Mumbai.
