APPOINTMENT

ITC Hotels has announced the appointment of Gaurav Lavania as the new Executive Chef at ITC Maurya.

With over 25 years of experience in the hospitality sector, Chef Lavania will lead the hotel’s culinary operations, overseeing its portfolio of  restaurants along with banquet services.

Prior to this role, Chef Lavania was part of the culinary leadership team at ITC Narmada. Over the years, he has worked with several ITC Hotels, including Yi Jing, Dakshin, The Pavilion, Fabelle, and Peshawri.
