Welcomhotel Belagavi: ITC Hotels’ Proud Accomplishment

A major shift in the company’s growth trajectory was signalled by the introduction of ITC Hotels’ 25th Welcomhotel. The Welcomhotel brand has grown in recognition within the Indian hospitality industry as a result of its expansion.

For ITC Hotels, the Welcomhotel brand has become a key growth factor. In the past five years, spanning from FY 2019–20 to FY 2023–24, the brand has opened three owned assets and seven managed hotels, totalling 916 keys. Four new management agreements totalling 406 keys were signed for Welcomhotel properties, which are scheduled to open over the next four to five years during the most recent fiscal year (FY 2023–2024).

Nestled in the serene Kakati neighbourhood, Welcomhotel Belagavi offers views of the surrounding hills and vegetation. This recently opened resort spans more than five acres and is close to the airport. All 116 rooms feature step-out balconies offering views of the surroundings. The interiors and architecture of the building encapsulate the essence of Belagavi’s way of life through their skilful fusion of traditional and modern architectural features.
