MICHELIN Guide 2025 Launch in Thailand The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) has announced the release of The MICHELIN Guide Thailand 2025, marking the eighth edition since the Guide was first introduced in Thailand. This year, the edition expands into Chon Buri, continuing its mission to showcase the kingdom's rich culinary heritage. TAT Governor, Ms. Thapanee Kiatphaibool TAT Governor, Ms. Thapanee Kiatphaibool, stated, “The partnership between TAT and The MICHELIN Guide has consistently promoted Thailand as a global gastronomic hub. This collaboration will play a key role in TAT"s marketing efforts, especially with the launch of the "Amazing Thailand Grand Tourism and Sports Year 2025" campaign, which emphasizes Thailand"s "Thai Charms" and the "5 Must-Do Experiences in Thailand." The Guide"s expansion into new regions, such as Chon Buri, supports our "Must Seek New Cities" concept, inviting global travellers to explore the diversity of local experiences.” This year"s edition highlights 462 of Thailand"s finest dining establishments, with the following key accomplishments: - 1 Three MICHELIN Star: Sorn, promoted from Two MICHELIN Stars, becomes Thailand"s first restaurant to achieve this honour.- 7 Two MICHELIN Stars: Côte by Mauro Colagreco, elevated from One MICHELIN Star, joins Baan Tepa, Chef"s Table, Gaa, Mezzaluna, R-Haan, and Sühring.- 28 One MICHELIN Stars: This includes five new entries—AKKEE, AVANT, GOAT, and Aulis—as well as Coda, which was promoted from the MICHELIN selected category.4 MICHELIN Green Stars: This group recognizes restaurants committed to sustainability. It includes Baan Tepa, PRU, Haoma, and Jampa.- 156 Bib Gourmand: Featuring 20 new entries.- 270 MICHELIN Selected: Showcasing 44 new establishments. Chon Buri makes its debut in this 2025 edition, which has 20 entries, comprising 5 Bib Gourmand and 15 MICHELIN Selected establishments.
