IHG launches first standalone InterContinental Residences in Bangkok

IHG Hotels & Resorts has announced the signing of its first standalone branded residences under the InterContinental brand. Set to be completed in 2029, the InterContinental Residences Bangkok Asoke will feature 88 residential units in a newly constructed building located in the Asoke area of Bangkok. This project is being developed in collaboration with CG Capital, a subsidiary of Central Group, which is one of Thailand’s major real estate and retail conglomerates.

This collaboration marks the InterContinental brand’s entry into the standalone branded residential market. The development builds on IHG’s strategy to expand its presence in the luxury residential sector, catering to modern travellers and homeowners seeking branded living experiences.

Located on Soi Sukhumvit 16, the development will be situated within Bangkok’s central business district, close to office buildings, shopping malls, restaurants, and entertainment venues.

The residences will include two-, three-, and four-bedroom units ranging from approximately 139 to 547 square metres.
