Hyatt Announces Plans for Hyatt Place Bhuj, Expanding the Hyatt Place Brand  in Gujarat

Hyatt Hotels Corporation has announced the signing of an agreement for Hyatt Place Bhuj, marking the brand’s entry into the historic city of Bhuj, Gujarat. Developed by Primitive Property LLP, the project will be located on an approximately 7,500-square-meter site and is expected to open in 2029.

Hyatt Place Bhuj will feature 125 guestrooms designed to combine comfort and functionality. The hotel will offer an all-day restaurant, a lobby lounge, meeting and event spaces, breakout rooms, and outdoor dining areas, catering to both business and leisure travellers.

Dhruva Rathore, Vice President, Development for India & Southwest Asia, Hyatt, said, “We are pleased to introduce the Hyatt Place brand in Bhuj, a destination known for its cultural heritage and growing corporate activity. The hotel is designed to meet the needs of today’s travellers with modern spaces and flexible facilities.”
