Delta and Atlanta Hawks Extend Partnership with Fan Experiences
As the basketball season begins, Delta Air Lines and the Atlanta Hawks are celebrating their renewed multi-year partnership, offering new fan experiences both on and off the court.
Delta remains the Official Commercial Airline of the Atlanta Hawks and State Farm Arena, offering SkyMiles Members opportunities to engage through features like the SkyMiles Upgrades Platform.
At home games and select events, SkyMiles Members can unlock rewards and experiences by checking in via the Hawks and State Farm Arena mobile app. Participants become eligible to win prizes, including seat upgrades, on-court experiences, and merchandise.
The partnership will be highlighted at the upcoming Atlanta Hawks “Delta Day” game on October 25. Delta will distribute co-branded luggage tags to the first 5,000 fans, offer upgraded lower-bowl tickets for select SkyMiles Members, and host multiple in-game activities reflecting the airline’s Atlanta roots.

Alicia Tillman, Chief Marketing Officer of Delta Air Lines, said, “This partnership demonstrates our commitment to creating connections on the ground and in the air. Through these experiences, Delta and the Atlanta Hawks bring fans closer to the game and the Atlanta community.”
To mark Delta’s centennial, Hawks Principal Owner Tony Ressler, Hawks President of Business Enterprise Andrew Saltzman, and legend Dominique Wilkins presented Ed Bastian with a custom no. 100 jersey at the Delta SKY360° Club at State Farm Arena.
Saltzman added, “Delta’s focus on service, innovation, and community aligns with our values. We are pleased to extend the partnership and offer benefits to SkyMiles members.”
Delta maintains State Farm Arena’s Delta SKY360° Club, which offers all-inclusive food and drinks for courtside ticket holders. The extended partnership also features in-arena branding, including the Diamond Deck 3 entrance and Delta Fly-Through Lanes, allowing fans to enter through a dedicated security line.

As Atlanta’s hometown airline, Delta supports local sports and community organizations. The airline is also the official partner of the Atlanta Braves, Atlanta Falcons, Atlanta United, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, University of Georgia, and Georgia Tech, contributing 1% of net income annually to charitable organizations.
