Air France-KLM Announces New Executive Appointments

Air France-KLM has announced the following executive appointments.

Oltion Carkaxhija, previously Executive Vice President, Strategy and Transformation, is appointed Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, with responsibilities including Transformation, IT, and Group Fleet.
Caroline Hadrbolec, previously Senior Vice President, Human Resources, becomes Executive Vice President, Human Resources.
Pierre-Olivier Bandet, previously Executive Vice President, Information Systems, is appointed Executive Vice President, Cargo.
Henri de Peyrelongue, previously Executive Vice President, Marketing, is appointed Executive Vice President, SAS Integration.

All four executives will continue to report to Benjamin Smith, CEO of Air France-KLM.

In addition, Ekbel Bouzgarrou, currently Vice President, Information Technology and Services, is appointed Senior Vice President, Information Systems, reporting to Oltion Carkaxhija.

Following these appointments, the Group Executive Committee now includes: Benjamin Smith (CEO), Anne Rigail (CEO Air France), Marjan Rintel (President and CEO KLM), Steven Zaat (CFO), Oltion Carkaxhija (COO), Adriaan den Heijer (CCO), Pierre-Olivier Bandet (EVP Cargo), Alexandre Boissy (EVP Corporate Secretary), Anne Brachet (EVP Engineering and Maintenance), Caroline Hadrbolec (EVP Human Resources), and Henri de Peyrelongue (EVP SAS Integration).
