Denū Hotel & Spa Appoints Linda Ding as General Manager Ahead of Phoenix Opening

Denū Hotel & Spa has appointed Linda Ding as General Manager ahead of its planned opening in September 2026. The hotel will be part of The Meritage Collection.

Ding will oversee all aspects of hotel operations. She brings experience from leadership roles across hospitality properties, including General Manager at Ko’a Kea Resort on Po’ipu Beach, Director of Operations at Sheraton San Diego Resort, and Director of Rooms at Estancia La Jolla Hotel & Spa, part of Pacific Hospitality Group.

Denū Hotel & Spa will feature 236 guestrooms, a spa concept inspired by hammam traditions at Solstone Holistic Spa, a rooftop pool, and approximately 23,000 square feet of event space. The property’s food and beverage offerings will include Sartén Kitchen & Bar, Nidos Rooftop Bar, and Blend Café, with menus influenced by regional and Mediterranean cuisines.

Ding is also an alumna of Cornell Executive Education.
