The Ned Doha appoints Cindrella Gomes as Assistant Director of Food & Beverage

The Ned Doha has appointed Cindrella Gomes as Assistant Director of Food & Beverage.

Cindrella brings over 15 years of experience in food and beverage operations across luxury hospitality. Her experience includes hotel openings, restaurant concepts, and operational management.

Prior to this appointment, Cindrella was associated with Conrad Hotels & Resorts as Director of Food & Beverage in Pune (January 2026 – present). She earlier served as Director of Food & Beverage at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts in Udaipur (August 2024 – January 2026).

Her previous roles include Food & Beverage Manager at Grand Hyatt Mumbai (June 2022 – August 2024) and Sofitel Mumbai BKC (November 2019 – June 2022). She has also held multiple positions at Sofitel Mumbai BKC earlier in her career, progressing from Food & Beverage Supervisor to Assistant Food & Beverage Manager.

She began her career with Trident Hotels, where she was part of the pre-opening team.

In her new role at The Ned Doha, Cindrella will support food and beverage operations, including restaurant and bar functions, guest experience, and team management.
