Treetop by Eight Continents Royalpine, Kasauli Appoints Pravin Kondal as General Manager

Treetop by Eight Continents Royalpine, Kasauli has appointed Pravin Kondal as General Manager. In this role, he will oversee overall operations of the property.

Pravin Kondal brings over 17 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with prior associations including Brij Hotels, Concept Hospitality, Leisure Hotels Group, and Choice Hotels India.

Most recently, he served as General Manager at Brij Hotels. Prior to this, he was General Manager with Concept Hospitality in Kasauli. He has also held multiple leadership roles with Leisure Hotels Group, including General Manager at Atman by Leisure Hotels in Dharamshala, and Resort Manager positions at Adivaha by Leisure Hotels in Dharamshala and 7 Pines in Kasauli, where he was involved in pre-opening operations.

Earlier in his career, he worked as General Manager with Choice Hotels India in Jalandhar. His experience also includes roles in food and beverage operations at President Hotel and Park Plaza Chandigarh, as well as earlier assignments with Pride Group of Hotels.

He began his career with operational roles at Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces and completed training with Oberoi Hotels & Resorts. He has also undertaken international exposure through a camp setup assignment in South Africa.

Pravin holds a degree in Hospitality and Hotel Administration from the Institute of Hotel Management, Thiruvananthapuram.

In his current role at Treetop by Eight Continents Royalpine, Kasauli,  Pravin will focus on managing operations, strengthening service standards, and supporting guest experience initiatives at the property.
