The Fern Hotels & Resorts

The Fern Hotels & Resorts has announced a series of leadership appointments across its properties in Chiplun, Ekta Nagar, Vadodara, Goa, Kanpur, and Belagavi, as part of its ongoing focus on strengthening operational leadership across regions.

These appointments bring in professionals with experience across hotel operations, food and beverage management, revenue planning, and business development, supporting The Fern Hotels’ expansion and operational alignment across its portfolio.

 

Prashant Jogi – General Manager, The Fern Riverview Resort Chiplun, Series by Marriott


Prashant Jogi brings 13 years of experience across hotel operations, pre-opening projects, revenue management, and sales. In his role, he oversees overall resort operations, including financial performance, guest services, and adherence to brand standards.

He has previously worked with Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) and Marriott International, where he was involved in operational management and performance improvement initiatives. He has also contributed to multiple hotel pre-opening and reopening projects.

 

Dinesh Sharma – General Manager, The Fern Sardar Sarovar Resort Ekta Nagar, Series by Marriott


Dinesh Sharma has over two decades of experience across hospitality markets in South Asia and Africa. He is responsible for overseeing resort operations, business performance, and operational planning.

His previous roles include positions with Ibis by Accor, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, and Clear Essence California. He has experience in hotel openings, operational restructuring, and market expansion initiatives, and has worked across countries including Nigeria, Thailand, and Nepal.

 

Manjesh Prasad – General Manager, The Fern Residency Vadodara, Alkapuri, Series by Marriott


Manjesh Prasad brings over 20 years of experience across hotel operations and food and beverage functions. In his current role, he manages hotel operations, budgeting, and team coordination.

He has worked across hotels, resorts, and cruise liners, gaining operational exposure in multiple service formats. His previous associations include Ellaa Hotel Hyderabad and Sayaji Hotel.

 

Ajai Raman – General Manager, The Fern Kadamba Hotel & Spa Goa, Panjim, Series by Marriott


Ajai Raman has 22 years of experience across hotel operations and sales. He oversees daily operations, revenue planning, and team management at the property.

His professional background includes roles with Clarks Inn and Classic Sarovar Portico, where he was involved in business development and operational performance.

 

Alex Rodrigues – General Manager, The Fern Habitat Goa, Candolim, Series by Marriott


Alex Rodrigues brings 28 years of experience in hospitality, with a focus on hotel operations and food and beverage management. In his role, he is responsible for operational planning, financial performance, and service delivery.

He has previously worked with hospitality groups such as Hilton and Accor, where he gained experience in hotel management and operational strategy.

 

Sumer Singh Rathor – Operations Manager, Rajawat The Fern Kanpur


Sumer Singh Rathor has around 20 years of experience in hospitality operations. He oversees day-to-day hotel functioning, budgeting, and cost management.

His previous experience includes roles with The Fern Jaipur, Radisson Blu Jaipur, Royal Orchid Jaipur, Clarks Amer Jaipur, and The Palace Dubai, with exposure to both business and leisure hotel environments.

 

Aijazahmed K Gokak – Operations Manager, Rajpath Beacon Hotel Belagavi


Aijazahmed K Gokak brings over 16 years of experience in hotel operations and team management. He is responsible for managing daily operations, budgeting, and implementing operational processes.

He has previously worked with Royal Orchid Hotels and Crowne Plaza, contributing to operational management and service delivery initiatives.

 

These appointments are part of The Fern Hotels & Resorts’ ongoing efforts to strengthen leadership across its properties and support operational consistency across locations. Fern Hotels continues to focus on building strong operational teams across its portfolio.
