Lighthouse Hotel Management Appoints Hannah Martin as Head of Sales UK & Europe

Lighthouse Hotel Management has appointed Hannah Martin as Head of Sales UK & Europe.

Martin brings over two decades of experience in the hospitality sector, with a background spanning event coordination, sales support, and multi-property commercial strategy across the UK.

She began her career at the age of 16 as a banqueting waitress and has since progressed through a range of commercial roles. Most recently, she served as Area Director of Sales – North at Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA, where she was responsible for revenue performance across a portfolio of hotels in the North of England.

Her experience includes working with corporate accounts, government contracts, local businesses, and event organisers, with a focus on client relationships and identifying business opportunities.

In her new role, Martin will lead the company’s sales strategy across the UK and Europe, supporting portfolio growth and strengthening relationships with clients and partners.

The appointment comes as Lighthouse Hotel Management continues to expand its portfolio, with upcoming openings including Hotel Alexandra Rome Vignette Collection, Kimpton Turks & Caicos, and InterContinental Turks & Caicos. These follow the opening of Hotel Indigo Grace Bay Turks & Caicos in March 2026.
