Radisson Blu Bengaluru Outer Ring Road Appoints Ravi Rai as General Manager

Radisson Blu Bengaluru Outer Ring Road has appointed Ravi Rai as General Manager.
In his new role, Rai will oversee overall hotel operations, with a focus on strengthening service standards, enhancing guest experiences, driving operational performance, and supporting talent development across the property.

Rai brings over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with expertise spanning hotel operations, strategic planning, guest engagement, and business growth. Prior to this appointment, he served as General Manager at The Orchid Hotel Mumbai.
His professional journey also includes leadership roles with Accor, where he managed properties such as Novotel Visakhapatnam Varun Beach, Novotel Vijayawada, and The Bheemili Resort. He has additionally worked with hospitality brands including Hilton, Taj Hotels (IHCL), and Carlson Rezidor.
