Saj Hotels has announced the launch of “Daily Dosa,” its entry into the QSR market. Mumbai’s Andheri West is home to the first store. Chef Arjun Madhavji, who has collaborated with Taj, Mahe at Goa, and others, oversees the kitchen. The restaurant wants to improve the eating experience and reinvent the popular Indian meal, dosa, with its flavorful twists.

Chef Arjun Madhavji, a culinary maestro with a long history in fine dining, is at the helm of Daily Dosa. He infuses the menu with his experience and inventiveness. His goal for Daily Dosa is to reinvent traditional comfort cuisine and take it to a new level.

Timbadia elaborated on their vision, “We see dosa as a perfect getaway to a world of exciting flavour combinations. Why stick to chutney and sambar when you can pair your dosa with traditional Tambda Rassa, Ghee Roast, or Baby Corn Koliwada!

To further innovate, Daily Dosa offers distinctive dining experiences with items like Dosa Tacos and Dosa Cones. These quick and easy meals let patrons enjoy dosa on the move. This method ensures that every bite is flavorful while satisfying the fast-paced lifestyles of contemporary consumers. Daily Dosa wants to grow by entering food courts, shopping centres, airports, and crowded streets in India and beyond.
