The company’s portfolio includes properties in Thane, Powai, and Manali.

Its urban presence features developments such as Planet Hollywood Thane City and The Beatle Hotel in Powai, while its leisure portfolio includes a property in Manali under The Beatle brand, introduced in 2025.

In early 2026, the group also announced Kings Mansion in North Goa, a property designed for travellers seeking private, design-focused stays.

Pipeline of Upcoming Projects

Looking ahead, the company has outlined plans for additional developments in New Delhi, Tirupati, Udaipur and Hyderabad, along with other markets under evaluation.

These projects reflect the company’s focus on expanding across a mix of leisure, spiritual and urban destinations.
