APPOINTMENT
Sheraton Grand Pune has appointed Rajinder Sareen as its new executive chef. Sareen brings over 20 years of international hospitality management experience to his new role, having worked at prestigious hotels and restaurants worldwide.
During his career, Sareen trained under renowned Michelin-starred chefs, including Albert Roux, Michel Roux Jr, Eric Chavot, and Atul Kochar. His expertise spans French, Italian, Mediterranean, and Indian cuisines, as well as food and wine pairing, menu planning, and innovative presentation techniques.
Sareen has previously worked at Sheraton Grand Bangalore, Hilton Chennai, Park Hyatt Goa Resort and Spa, Leela Palace Bangalore, and Taj Lands End Mumbai, holding key positions and showcasing his skills in multi-outlet hotel management, quality service, and team mentorship.
