New GM for Novotel Mumbai International Airport

The Novotel Mumbai International Airport has named Rachita Sood as its newest General Manager.

She has worked with The Oberoi, JW Marriott Mumbai, Taj New Delhi, The Imperial Hotel, Marriott International, JW Marriott Chandigarh, Sofitel Mumbai BKC, and Accor in the past. She has over 20 years of experience under her cap and is proficient in the fields of rooms, guest experience, spa operations, revenue and controls, and the implementation and maintenance of operational systems and procedures. She is also an alumna of MGV College of Hotel Management.

As the newest General Manager of the hotel, Sood will aim to maximise customer satisfaction whilst ensuring a smooth everyday operation at the same time. Regarding her appointment, Sood shared, “I am excited to take on the new role and happy to be a part of the Novotel Mumbai International Airport team. The hotel, although recent, has, in a short span, become a must-visit for expats, business travellers, and also local residents looking for an unwinding time away from home. But there is always room for more, and I am working on new ideas to further strengthen brand perception, especially amongst the younger Mumbai audiences. I look forward to bringing those ideas to fruition. Our collective endeavour will always be to bring our passion to play and ensure memorable guest experiences, satisfaction, consistency, and customer loyalty.”
