New F&B Manager at DoubleTree by Hilton Pune

DoubleTree by Hilton Pune-Chinchwad has appointed Pankaj Shinde as its new Food and Beverage (F&B) Manager. With over 13 years of extensive experience in the hospitality industry, Pankaj brings expertise and a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences to the hotel.

Pankaj holds a Master’s in Hospitality and has developed his skills with esteemed brands such as Marriott and Sayaji Hotels. His career in the industry has focused on enhancing guest satisfaction, optimizing operations, and nurturing high-performing teams.

A nature enthusiast, Pankaj enjoys exploring the outdoors and going on nature treks in his free time. His love for nature informs his approach to sustainable and innovative practices in food and beverage operations.
