Chef Roshan Tadadikar has been promoted to Executive Chef at Novotel Mumbai International Airport. With a career spanning more than 13 years, Roshan continues to benefit the hotel in his new capacity by bringing a plethora of experience and culinary expertise.

He will supervise every facet of the hotel's culinary operations and manage a group of skilled chefs, guaranteeing that the highest food quality and presentation requirements are fulfilled. Chef Roshan will use his multi-cuisine cooking knowledge to tackle current Indian and traditional cuisine with a new and creative approach to flavourful food preparation.

His skill set has been honed through years of experience in the culinary business. He holds a renowned bachelor's degree in hotel management, travel, and tourism from Punjab Technical University and participated in the Leadership Development Program. He has previously worked for several Novotel properties and prestigious businesses around India.
