Le Meridien Jaipur Resort & Spa appointed Chef Arun Avasthi as its new Executive Chef.
Chef Arun has held several important positions throughout his 20-year career, demonstrating his ability to manage successful culinary operations. His hands-on approach and commitment to quality have continually increased guest satisfaction while fostering culinary innovation. His significant expertise includes some of the most recognized brands, like Hyatt Hotels, Marriott Hotels, The Oberoi Hotels, Claridges NCR, and JP Hotels, where he has helped create outstanding dining experiences.

Chef Arun's new position will involve overseeing all culinary operations at Le Meridien Jaipur Resort & Spa. His primary goals will be to improve the dining experience, refine service standards, and support the resort's ongoing success in the upscale hotel industry.

Throughout his ten-year career, Abhishek has occupied notable positions at prestigious places such as W Goa, The Westin Gurgaon, Courtyard by Marriott Agra, Courtyard by Marriott Raipur, and Four Points by Sheraton Visakhapatnam. His hands-on style and unrelenting dedication to quality have continuously produced successful F&B operations while raising customer satisfaction and spurring expansion. Abhishek desires outstanding guest experiences while keeping up with the latest culinary trends. His passion for exploring new culinary and drink destinations, travelling, and connecting with others in the field all serve to inspire his creative output.
