Sougata Halder, an experienced chef with a proven track record in the hospitality industry, has been appointed executive chef at Hyatt Centric Ballygunge Kolkata. In his new role, Halder will be responsible for planning menus, standardizing recipes, and maintaining the highest food preparation and quality standards.

Halder has had a successful culinary career with experience across prominent hospitality brands. He shows exceptional leadership and culinary expertise. He started his career as a kitchen executive trainee at The Chancery Pavilion, Bengaluru, in April 2009 and then advanced to DCDP at Moevenpick Hotel and Spa, Bengaluru, in March 2011.
