Aaruni Dwivedi is the new hotel manager at the Four Seasons Hotel in Mumbai. In his role, he will oversee the hotel's operations and reinforce its dedication to providing the highest levels of elegance and service.

His vast experience in operations management, process optimization, and guest experience innovations will enhance the guest experience at Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai.

As the Director of Rooms at Four Seasons Resort Langkawi, Aaruni oversaw seven departments before joining the Mumbai team. He also improved guest recognition procedures and scores. With a background in pre-opening and premium hotel operations, he has led Four Seasons locations in the Seychelles and the Maldives.

He is returning to the city where his career started with an appointment at the Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai. Prior to the hotel's opening, he worked in the front office in various roles. With his wealth of experience, dedication to operational excellence, and guest-focused leadership, the hotel is sure to embark on an exciting new chapter.
