APPOINTMENT
The Courtyard by Marriott Goa Colva has announced the appointment of Prakash Yadav as its new executive chef. With an impressive career in the culinary world, Yadav brings a wealth of experience and a passion for innovative cuisine to our team, enhancing the dining experience for our guests.
Yadav has held prestigious positions at several properties. Most recently, he was the executive chef at Fairfield by Marriott in Lucknow, where he led the culinary team of a 222-room property, managing a multi-cuisine restaurant, bar, and extensive banquet facilities. Before this role, he served as the executive chef at ITC Fortune Park in Vapi, overseeing the culinary operations of a 105-room hotel with a renowned multi-cuisine restaurant and bakery.
Before joining ITC Fortune Park, Yadav held the position of executive chef at Park Inn by Radisson. During his time there, he successfully operated a 76-room hotel featuring an award-winning Italian restaurant, La Italia, and a range of dining venues. His earlier roles included senior sous chef at ITC Fortune Select in Jaipur and Lemon Tree Premier, also in Jaipur, where he honed his skills in managing diverse culinary teams and operations.
Yadav's career includes key roles at Golden Tulip in Jaipur, Devi Ratn Resorts, and One and Only Royal Mirage in Dubai. These experiences have contributed to his deep understanding of the culinary arts and guest satisfaction. At Courtyard by Marriott Goa Colva, guests can look forward to experiencing the expertise of Yadav and his team at an array of dining options, including the all-day dining Colva Kitchen, the pool bar Solario, and the lobby deli Ocentro, as stated in an official release.
