APPOINTMENT
The Ritz-Carlton Dubai International Financial Centre has announced the appointment of Nithin P. Aravind as its new Assistant Director of Human Resources.
He holds more than a decade of experience in the luxury hospitality sector.
Nithin began his career with The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi Grand Canal in 2012, where he grew in ranks through progressive HR roles over nearly ten years.
He holds expertise in strengthening recruitment processes, compliance, training initiatives, and talent development
Aravind has worked across leading hospitality brands, including The Dubai Edition Hotel and W Dubai – The Palm, before taking on the role of pre opening HR manager at The Biltmore Hotel Villas Dubai.
In his new role at The Ritz-Carlton DIFC, he will oversee recruitment, talent development, and associate engagement.
