New Director of Operations Appointed at JW Marriott Goa

APPOINTMENT

JW Marriott Goa has announced the appointment of Yojan Gandha Das as the new Director of Operations.

Yojan brings over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, having worked in key leadership roles at leading hospitality brands including Accor, Taj Hotels and Marriott International. She began her journey in guest relations and built expertise in operational roles.

Yojan has also been awarded key industry accolades at the Marriott International APEC Region in 2024, including Highest Guest Voice, Highest Maintenance and Highest Cleanliness Awards in Q2 2024.

In her new role At JW Marriott Goa, she will oversee the hotel’s primary operational departments – Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage Service, Culinary and Spa.

Her strategic focus will be on improving guest satisfaction indicators, driving Brand Standard Audit performance and enhancing operational efficiency and profitability.
