Lovely Kumari Appointed as New Rooms Division Manager at Courtyard by Marriott Ranchi

APPOINTMENT

Courtyard by Marriott Ranchi has announced the appointment of Lovely Kumari as its new Rooms Division Manager.

She brings with her over ten years of experience across renowned hospitality brands, including Marriott International and Hyatt Regency.

Before joining Courtyard by Marriott Ranchi, Lovely held the role of Front Office Manager at Fairfield by Marriott Amritsar, where she oversaw the Rooms Division.

She has also been recognized with several industry accolades, including Guest Voice of the Year 2024 and Front Office Manager of the year 2024.

In her new role, she will spearhead the Rooms Divisions department, ensuring elevated guest satisfaction, services and efficient operations at the property.
