Lemon Tree Hotels Adds Gaya, Bihar to Its Portfolio

Lemon Tree Hotels has announced the signing of a new property, Lemon Tree Hotel, Gaya, Bihar. The hotel will be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited.

The upcoming property will feature 56 rooms, restaurants, a banquet hall, a meeting room, a swimming pool, a fitness centre, a spa, and other public areas. It is located about 14 km from Bodhgaya Airport and 6 km from Gaya Railway Station, with convenient road connectivity.

Gaya is a city rich in history and spirituality, well-known for its closeness to Bodhgaya, a UNESCO World Heritage site and one of the most significant Buddhist pilgrimage destinations. This connection creates a lively blend of culture, accessibility, and comfort.

Kapil Sharma, Executive Vice President – Finance & Chief Financial Officer, Lemon Tree Hotels, said: “With this signing, we are adding to our presence in Bihar, where we currently operate one hotel and have another under development.
