Kartik Raol appointed as Director of Rooms at Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru

APPOINTMENT

Kartik Raol has been appointed as the Director of Rooms at Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru.

He brings close to two decades of global hospitality experience to the role, along with a longstanding association with the Four Seasons brand.

A graduate of the Glion Institute of Higher Education, Switzerland, Raol began his career in 2006 and joined Four Seasons in 2008 as part of the opening team at Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai. Over the years, he has held several operational and leadership positions across the brand’s international portfolio. His roles have included Guest Experience Manager and Front Office Manager in Mumbai, Assistant Director of Rooms at Four Seasons Resort Maldives at Landaa Giraavaru, and most recently, Assistant Director of Residences at Four Seasons Resort Seychelles at Desroches Island.

In his new position, Raol will oversee the hotel’s rooms division, focusing on guest experience, service standards, and operational effectiveness. His global exposure and experience in guest-facing roles are expected to support the property’s ongoing efforts to enhance service delivery and maintain brand consistency.

Outside of work, Raol maintains an active lifestyle through yoga, running, and strength training. He is also an avid reader and traveller, with a particular interest in exploring culinary and cultural experiences that shape his approach to hospitality.
