Trade visitors can purchase their tickets online through the ITB Berlin ticket shop. Currently, an unlimited pass, which normally costs 80 euros, is available at a discounted rate of 65 euros. One-day tickets are priced at 55 euros, but there is an early bird offer of just 45 euros. Students can also enjoy reduced rates: one-day tickets are available for 35 euros, and unlimited passes for 48 euros. The early bird rates are valid until January 14, 2025, offering additional discounts: one-day tickets can be purchased for 33.50 euros and unlimited passes for 44 euros. After January 15, 2025, regular prices will apply. New: Ticket for the ITB Transition Lab The ITB Berlin Transition Lab enhances the program of the ITB Berlin Convention by offering exclusive side events. It provides industry innovators with the expertise they need to actively influence the evolving tourism sector. This inaugural lab focuses on marketing transition. Attendees will gain valuable insights with up-to-date and exclusive data, including 20 key takeaways in just 90 minutes. Topics will include "AI-driven Search vs. Algorithm Aversion: How to Navigate?" and "Is Sustainability a Marketing Factor?" Participants will have the opportunity to compare their results against those of global competitors and develop concrete, actionable strategies for their own companies based on statistical findings. For access to the lab, an extra ticket, available at an early bird rate of 158 euros (regular price 198 euros), can be purchased from the ticket shop. ITB Match & Meet ensures efficient networking – ITB Navigator features essential event information At ITB Berlin 2025, the new ITB Match & Meet networking feature will handle all contact requests for the first time. All ticket holders for ITB Berlin currently have access to this function, which allows them to efficiently search for business contacts before the event begins in March. By clicking on the personal link in the ticket purchase or accreditation confirmation, basic details will automatically be transferred to your profile. The platform includes intelligent filtering and search functions to help you find the right contacts and generate personalized matching suggestions based on your profile information and interests. With a matching scale, you can quickly identify suitable contacts at a glance. As always, regularly updating your profile ensures optimal results. The filters make it easy to select specific visitor groups, such as media professionals, speakers, and members of the ITB Buyers Circle. An integrated calendar function simplifies scheduling, while the chat feature encourages direct dialogue. You can collect and download contacts as a file for efficient follow-up business. The ITB Navigator offers additional information and features to help ensure optimal preparation and success at the event. Serving as the primary user interface, it provides detailed information on all events scheduled from January 2025 onward. Optimized filters make it easier to search efficiently for exhibitors and convention programs, with regular updates to the information provided. There is also a favourites function that allows users to save important program items and exhibitors. To ensure that all company contacts are accessible, it is important for all employees to log in using their ticket codes and utilize the ITB Match & Meet function. From January, an interactive map of the grounds will also be available, making it easy to navigate the exhibition grounds. Selected ITB Berlin Convention sessions will be live-streamed during the show. All ITB Navigator functions, as well as live streams from all the convention stages and Presentation Hub, can be accessed without a ticket or logging in. Registration opens for the ITB Buyers Circle – the exclusive meeting place for top international buyers ITB Berlin is again inviting top decision-makers from the international travel industry to apply for the ITB Buyers Circle. Membership of this exclusive circle is available every year to only 1,300 top buyers from the leisure, business travel, and MICE sectors.
