IHCL Signs Vivanta Hotel at Bhogapuram International Airport

Vivanta Hotel Project Announced by IHCL at Bhogapuram Airport in Andhra Pradesh

The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) has announced the signing of a Vivanta hotel at Bhogapuram International Airport in Andhra Pradesh. The development will be a greenfield project.

Suma Venkatesh, Executive Vice President – Real Estate & Development, IHCL, said the upcoming airport in Vizianagaram is expected to support growth along the Visakhapatnam–Bheemili–Bhogapuram corridor, supported by infrastructure development and tourism initiatives in the region.

Located adjacent to the airport terminal, the 165-key Vivanta Bhogapuram International Airport hotel is designed to serve corporate travellers, transit passengers, and MICE demand.

The hotel will include an all-day dining restaurant, a bar, and a deli, along with leisure facilities such as a swimming pool and a fitness centre. It will also feature a banqueting space of over 4,000 sq. ft., suitable for business meetings and social events.

Bhogapuram International Airport is expected to improve connectivity in North Andhra and support tourism and business activity along the east coast.

With this signing, IHCL’s portfolio in Andhra Pradesh will include nine hotels, with four currently under development.
