Fresh air and exercise are not only crucial to physical health; they have also been proven to enhance mental wellness. At The Westin Resort & Spa Cam Ranh, guests can stay in shape at the 24-7 WestinWORKOUT Fitness Studio, which is powered by TRX and Peloton equipment, or simply step outside and feel the air on Cam Ranh’s coast. Westin’s partnership with Strava, the digital activity tracking app, makes it easy to Move Well. The RunWESTIN Concierge leads social morning jogs around the resort, and a series of Strava routes have been pre-loaded, giving everyone the chance to boost their fitness and explore the local scenery. Guests can opt for an easy 800-meter beachside jog, more challenging 3.7km and 6.3km coastal runs, and even a 34.6km cycling route through the Cu Hin Pass.

Guests can sleep in a selection of stylish rooms, suites, and villas

Experts agree that good sleep is an integral element of holistic health, but it is not always easy for travellers to drift off. Under Westin’s Sleep Well concept, every room, suite and villa features a new lavender balm and Westin’s next-generation Heavenly Beds, which integrate motion-control technology and temperature regulation for complete comfort. A special Sleep Well in-room dining menu has also been curated to harness the power of superfoods. Ideally ordered 1-2 hours before bedtime, these dishes include healthy salads and sandwiches, light meals, bedtime snacks and herbal teas, all packed with vitamins, minerals and amino acids to help travelers adjust to time differences and promote sound sleep.
