Hilton has signed its first-ever DoubleTree by Hilton property in Kochi, Kerala.

The hotel, developed in partnership with Indraprastha Group, will be located along NH47 in Maradu. It will offer guests around 171 rooms, including residential rooms and spacious suites. Other amenities will also be provided like an all-day restaurant, a speciality rooftop venue, a lobby lounge, 9000 square feet of indoor and outdoor event space, an outdoor pool, a spa, a fitness centre, and an executive lounge. Built near the Kochi airport, the hotel will be up and running by 2029. It will also provide guests easy access to the tourist spots in the city.

Hilton plans to have 75 properties under its name in India in the coming years, with 25 already operational and 24 already in the pipeline.
